Wholesale Customer Application PDF
If you would like to become a new customer, please fill out the wholesale customer application, and return it by either fax or email along with a copy of your resale certificate. Once we have received all necessary paper work, we will send you a catalog and swatch book and email you with your new account number.

The opening order minimum amount is $350. The minimum re-order amount is $125. Re-orders placed under this minimum will incur a $10 fee. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

After your opening order, we can work with you to establish Net 30 terms. To apply for Net 30 terms with us please complete our credit application (opens WNP_Credit_App.doc) or email an existing credit sheet to sales@wastenotpaper.com. You may also fax credit sheets to 312.906.9690.
